GAIL’S Bakery has created a delightful festive Christmas Hamper containing delicious treats from its range. Contained in one of their branded tote bags, it makes the ideal gift for someone you love.

The GAIL’s Christmas Hamper and Festive Morning Hampers are crammed with edible delights, making the perfect present or the ideal solution for treating yourself on the big day.

The excellent products for the special day are inside a GAIL’S Bakery tote bag and some of the most popular items from Gail’s menu with specials for the festive season.

Imagine waking up on Christmas day, and your breakfast is already sorted. You have the sumptuous ingredients of GAIL’S Festive Morning Hamper you purchased, so you can sit and enjoy delicious Seville Orange marmalade on wasteless sourdough bread with Quicke’s whey butter. The box of Cacklebean eggs gives you options for scrambled eggs, and add some salmon or poached eggs with ham and a muffin. You can then indulge in the special Christmas buns or leave them until later and tuck into the packet of granola. The hamper also contains two bottles of Orange Juice, a 200g bag of Coffee and two penguin Biscuits for $72.

For the GAIL’S Bakery Christmas Hamper at $160 you get the above products with six Christmas Buns, four Penguin Biscuits, a pack of Nut Biscuits, Cheese Crackers and Seeded Crackers, and of the must-have treat for the season, six mince pies.

The hamper comes packed in a GAIL’s branded tote bag.

In the stores, you will find tasty treats, including GAIL’S Christmas Sandwich, Penguin shaped biscuits, Christmas buns and marvellous mince pies.

You have to have turkey at Christmas, so GAIL’S has introduced their Turkey & Cheese Sandwich this year. Using wasteless sourdough and premium smoked turkey from Walter Rose & Son, it unites creamy Mayfield swiss cheese with sublime bacon jam and smoky chipotle aioli.

GAIL’S has introduced a touch of the Antarctic with their biscuits shaped and decorated like Penguins. The base is chocolate shortbread, and the detailing is done with icing.

A must at Christmas are mince pies, and GAIL’S are exceptional with a brown sugar crust lid containing spicy, sticky, sweet traditional mince.

My favourite is the Christmas bun made with candied orange zest, vanilla, chocolate crumbs, frangipane, and cinnamon, topped with iced orange crème fraîche.

The Chocolate Sourdough is brought back for the festive season and made with pure cocoa powder, bitter, sweet chocolate chunks and malt, perfectly complimenting the sourdough’s natural tang. Enjoy the Chocolate Sourdough thickly sliced and gently toasted in the oven with generous layers of salted whey butter and a spoonful of orange marmalade.

This year GAIL’s, for the first time, will be launching a range of festive wrapping paper and cards, available to buy in bakeries and online. The range features hand-drawn cartoons, including a running motif of the festive little helper Robin. Proceeds from this range will be donated to local charities to help those less fortunate at Christmas.
