IONEX i-One is a 50cc equivalent electric scooter that packs a punch whilst out and about. After a large run of tests with the scooter, in both winter and spring climates, KYMCO safely guarantees a range of 60km whilst at a consistent speed of 30km/h.

 

I-One has a Lithium Battery with a motor power of 4,200W and a maximum speed of 45 km/h.

 

I-One is available with either 1 or 2 IONEX batteries, allowing you to double up on your range capabilities! The IONEX battery has an 8-hour charge time and can be charged at home or out and about, with a fast charger coming to the UK later this year.

The Technology

 

IONEX i-One has an impressive level of technology that comes as standard with the scooter. This technology includes bright and vibrant LED lights, a futuristic LED dashboard display and an intelligent predictive range system, allowing you to be precise with your journeys and energy consumption. I-One also includes under-seat storage, with enough room to store an IONEX battery or your personal belongings, like riding and work equipment.

 

 

IONEX i-One is an EV scooter mainly aimed at urban commuters and fleet delivery riders. I-One supports these riders by providing flexibility, reliability, and accessibility to their needs, such as storage and charging points for their mobile and USB connected devices, three hooks for bags and equipment, the capability to add a mount for satnavs, and under-seat storage capable of storing multiple delivery orders. The scooter has a comfortable suspension that helps put your mind at ease taking it on the streets.

IONEX i-One has extra features, including key ignition and locking mechanism, medium-sized mirrors, a futuristic and standout bike design, and handlebars with side pegs for a passenger.

 

Most motorcycle manufacturers are now producing electric scooters as buyers look to save on fuel costs and maintenance and want to be  Greener.

 

Piaggio 1 is available in two different versions. The standard model offers a top speed of 48 KM/H and a range between 55 KMs in ECO mode and 48 KMs in Sport mode. The Piaggio 1 Active model boasts a maximum speed of 59 KM/H, a range of 83 KMs in ECO mode and 65 KMs in Sport mode.

 

The Vespa Elettrica has a brushless engine and a modern lithium-ion battery using the efficient Kinetic Energy Recovery System (KERS) to recharge during deceleration. Top speed of 70 KM/H and range of up to 80 KMs. The battery charger, stored beneath the seat, can be fully recharged in 4 hours. Both the engine and battery require no maintenance. Choose from the 48 KM/H Azzuro Elettrico (blue) and 72 KM/H Giallo Lampo (yellow).

 

BMW has a market leader in electric scooters with its C Evolution, which has a 35 kW motor. The BMW has a 160 KMs per charge max riding distance and a 128 KM/H top speed.

 

At $13,995, the C Evolution is a hefty price, but you get a lot for your money.
