Vikram Vij a Symphony in the Kitchen

If you are Canadian, the name Chef Vikram Vij is in your dictionary.

When Vij’s opened in 1994, the South Granville neighbourhood had no idea what they were missing out on until then. Full of flare and flavours Vij’s moved to a bigger location at 3160 Cambie Street.

Following suit of the success of Vij’s, Chef Vikram Vij opened My Shanti (15869 Croydon Drive, Surrey) and Vij’s Sutra (748 Johnson St, Victoria). He’s written 4 books on the pursuit to your happiness over an aromatic spiced meal.
